Principal and founder of Studio 1010, Marie Bizzak, obtained her masters degree in Interior Architecture and Design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Her innovative designs, strong work ethic, and problem solving skills led her to graduate top of her class and obtain a position at one of the top ten largest international architecture firms. Her passion for healthy spaces influenced her decision to become LEED certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). Marie has designed high-end, large scale projects such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Avalon Apartments. She thoroughly enjoyed the challenges of designing and developing spaces for a myriad of project types such as multi-family, retail, hospitality, senior living, and commercial offices.

Studio 1010 is a company devoted to designing exquisite interiors based on the philosophy that physical spaces directly impact human behavior and psychological well-being. Scientific studies have found that users of a well organized and designed space, less often experience issues associated with sleep, blood pressure, stress, anxiety, and headaches, among many other things. Our mission is to focus on client specific programs and aesthetic values, and enhance mental and physical well-being through design.
